We operate in South West France, centred in Aquitaine with Bordeaux at its heart, with a selection of properties for sale in the Gironde, Lot et Garonne, Dordogne, the Charente, Lot, Tarn, Tarn et Garonne, the south of Limousin – and now, Pyrénées Atlantiques, the northern Gers. Limoges to Pau, and across to Toulouse – all of this is ‘our patch’. As our name suggests (Beaux Villages = beautiful villages; Immobilier = estate agent) our area includes some of the prettiest towns, villages and countryside you could wish for.
We are wholly family owned and managed, with a multi-lingual team who have unbeatable local knowledge that they are happy to share. Our central ethos is a complete respect for the life-changing events involved in buying or selling a property so, if you have questions or need advice, fire away.
We have a dedicated administrative department to ensure the smoothest possible property transaction for buyer and seller alike. We have dedicated office-based professionals who will take your call when others can’t. All transactions and financial movements are processed through French government regulated notaries, without exception, and we contract directly with seller and buyer. There is no additional ‘middle-man’. Our conscientious service to buyers begins with the property search, extends through foreign currency exchange to completion and assimilation into French life, and beyond.
We are members of SNPI (Syndicat National Professionnels Immobiliers – or society of professional estate agents), a professional trade body set up to regulate standards within our industry. BVI (as we are affectionately known) was born out of 25 years’ relevant local experience and registered in 2008 at Carte Professionelle number 33289 2659.
We hold a standard financial guarantee of €30,000 and appropriate professional and civil insurance.
